We switched it to 5 points per card and now it's way easier and more fun.Ĭanasta is the classic game, but one we hadn't learned before. The score keeping is insane though, adding up as many as 15 or 20 card values. It's all about speed and paying attention. So far:īanapples is a fun game, vaguely similar to double solitare, but easy enough for my 12 year old to pick up quickly. This was a lifesaver for Banapples, which we tried to play after reading and re-reading the directions, but just not getting. Each of the games has a QR code to take you to the video instructions. The day it arrived, my 16 year old and I tried out three of the games and had a blast.
Even if they weren't great, it was just over $3 per game - can't beat that. Bought this on a whim when I was getting some playing cards, figuring that since it's the beginning of summer, we'll need some new games to keep the kids busy.
